Also tried my first Bikram Yoga (aka. Hot Yoga, because it's performed in a room heated to 105 degrees Fahrenheit and approximately 40 per cent humidity) class. It was quite an experience and I'm proud that I didn't keel over or wilt due to the punishing temperatures. It's my first experience with yoga ever and interestingly enough I felt rejuvenated walking out of the studio. I think I'll go back!
