Worked on some snatch-grip deadlifts later on in the day. 5 sets of 5 at 145#, 155#, 165#, 175#, and 185#. I alternated the DLs with weighted pullups for kicks -- nothing exhausting, just 5 sets of 5 with a ten-pound plate. After that, I did 8 rounds of 8 reps each of bench press (95#), stiff-legged DLs (145#), and kipping pullups. Fun.

I train at Crossfit One World. I too look forward to what the performance results will for an avid Crossfitter going zone/paleo.
