As you might've guessed, I'm trying to hit up as many as the CrossFit affiliates in Seattle (and vicinity) on my four-day trip. Doing pretty good so far - four workouts in a day (which I definitely don't recommend, but hey, someone's gotta do it, right?) Get some, go again!

My name's Steve. I have just run across CrossFit and have been taking experimentary forays in trying to tackle some of the WODs.

I googled "Olympic Lifting Ann Arbor", and your blog was the second one to come up after the CrossFit site itself!

I realized I recognized you from your picture--I've seen you on and off working out at the IM.
