1-Arm DB Squat Snatch (5R/5L)
DB Push Press
1-Arm DB Overhead Swing (5R/5L)
DB Front Squat
DB Renegade Row
Perform 30 rope turns (high knees, not hineys - ha ha) between rounds.

Have you ever thought that you might be over-training? You seem to be doing a lot of working-out. I admire your strength and determination, but wonder if you give yourself enough time to recover.
