Perform 3 rounds of 10 reps each, with 10 double unders between each exercise:
KB Snatch (L)
KB Snatch (R)
Am KB Swing
KB Clean and Press (L)
KB Clean and Press (R)
AM KB Swing
KB Overhead Squat (L)
KB Overhead Squat (R)
Am KB Swing

Note: This WOD is pretty long... as I discovered midway into the first round. Suck it up!
