Oh no, oh no, I BADLY need to get caught up with this blog. I'll post last week's WODs after I unearth them from the dark, dank depths of my memory. In the meantime, here's today's:

So I am thinking about changing my diet to include one solid meal a day. Having no carbs is draining my energy levels. Not only is perofrmance suffering but I am nodding at work.

Seems like I would still lose weight if I kept my calories in the same range and just added some fruit/veggies into my diet one meal. Wouldn't you think?
