This one's a real quickie but goodie! Anyway, it looks as though I'll be outfield today through Wednesday for a navigation exercise and a route march, which means that I won't be posting till then. My jump rope and Gymboss timer are safely stashed away with me, however, which means that the workouts are most likely still going to happen.
