Nah! I don't work out at an affiliate. In fact I am a noob at crossfit to be exact. We have a class in our gym that is almost like the training crossfit does. I have seen and heard a lot about the training sessions and how highly intensive it can get from some my mates. You are really hardcore all the way with this. Not a lot of people can actaully really stick to it.
