Kicked it up to 5/5 for the last 5 sets.
True to my word, I had to do "Man-Fran" today... And I was pleased as hell with my time, since my initial goal was to finish under 10 minutes!

Saw your post in the Sugar Challenge. how goes it.
Hope life is treating you well, see that you're workouts are rockin.
Not much going on around here. Going for the 400,800,1600, Shot/Discus in June for the local Senior O games, then maybe head to States in York Pa. Just finished up Scuba lessons, going to Bimini in Feb for my open water work.
